ATC is a Wisconsin-based, regulated utility that moves energy along the electric power grid in parts of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois. They have submitted an application to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) to build new power lines in Racine County.
