ATC Racine County Western Feed Project

American Transmission Company (ATC) is a Wisconsin-based, regulated utility that moves energy along the electric power grid in parts of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois. The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) approved their application to build new power lines in Racine County.
